How to obtain the Invitation Letter

Foreign citizens seeking admission should obtain the formal Invitation Letter from the Academy assisting to get the Student’s Visa. The Student’s visa is required to get entrance and to study in the Republic of Belarus. The Student’s Visa is available in the country of residence of an applicant or in the Belarusian Embassy in Moscow. Address: Russian Federation, Moscow, Maroseika Str. 17/6.

In order to obtain the Invitation Letter the following documents should be submitted to the Academy:

  • - a copy of educational certificate with academic transcript (subjects, hours, marks) with Russian translation, notary certified;
  • – birth certificate and passport copy with Russian translation, notary certified;
  • – the application form.

The documents should be sent to the academy by the post service with the note «Studies at the Academy».

  1. Upon receipt the applicant’s documents are a subject to expertise.
  2. Should the documents be approved and the applicant qualifying, the Invitation Letter will be sent to the applicant.
  3. The formal Invitation Letter from the Academy is required from the applicant in order to obtain a Student’s Visa. This type of visa is available from the Belarusian Embassy in the place of the applicant’s residence or in the Belarusian Embassy in Moscow (the Russian Federation, Moscow, Maroseika Str. 17/6).

Terms of issue of the INVITATION LETTER:

  • – preparatory studies: July, 1st - September, 1th
  • – faculty studies: July, 1st - September, 1th
